Ms. Amy Yung has extensive work experience in finance and investment. Amy is the Director of Private Equity Asset Management at Gaw Capital. Prior to the current role, Amy was the Investment Director at Gaw Capital overseeing real estate opportunities in Asia Pacific. She also worked at Goldman Sachs Global Investment Research across its New York, London, and Hong Kong offices. Amy received her Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Chicago and the Post-Graduate Diploma of Education from the University of Hong Kong. She has been on the board of schools, nonprofit organizations, and bursaries.

A radiologist by training, Chen Fong is currently the Professor Emeritus of the Faculty of Medicine, University of Calgary. He is also the Co-Chair of the Global Strategy Board of the Creative Destruction Lab; a platform for mentoring of young entrepreneurs.

Chen has 18 years of experience in the building of start-up entrepreneurial companies and is the co-founder of Pureweb Inc. Current board directorships include Pureweb Inc, Clarius Mobile Health, Cohesic Inc and Innovere Medical. He is active in the community and sits on a number of philanthropic boards in healthcare.

Chen holds an MD from the University of Manitoba and an Honorary Doctor of Laws from the University of Calgary. Chiu Chau is a seasoned entrepreneur in healthcare technology with an engineering background. Born and raised in Hong Kong, he graduated from the University of Hong Kong with degrees in Mechanical Engineering (ME) and earned a Master's degree from Georgia Tech. After leaving his PhD program, he began his engineering career in the US and launched his entrepreneurial journey in the 1990s within the biotech sector, experiencing both successes and setbacks.

In 2013, he founded Opentrons, a company specializing in low-cost, open-source lab automation, initially working from his basement. Opentrons joined HAX and Y Combinator, navigated significant challenges, and ultimately achieved substantial success during the COVID-19 pandemic, reaching unicorn status before his exit. Since then, he has become an active investor and mentor while also developing a new venture in pharmacy automation.

Danny Lee is an experienced investor with over 25 years of global private equity experience spanning venture, growth and buyouts. He is currently managing VCA Capital Fund I, helping individuals and family offices manage their private equity portfolio globally through both fund and direct investments.

Danny is also a senior advisor to Blue Pool Capital where he was a partner running global private equity since 2015. Before that he was a managing director at Bain Capital and Vice President at Investor AB, the largest industrial holding company in the Nordic region. Lui Wai Yin (Isaac), Ph.D. is the Program Manager at Pebble Accelerator, an early-stage biotech investment firm in Hong Kong backed by Tigermed and leading local life sciences stakeholders. He specializes in venture creation, technology transfer, and project management for drug and medical device development. Isaac actively supports the incubation and growth of innovative biotech startups by leveraging Pebble’s extensive industry resources and partnerships.

Mr. Ray Wong is the Founding Partner of LuTech Labs and Asymmetry Capital. He is an early-stage investor in multiple Web3 unicorns including #1 Web3.0 game and leading DeFi platforms since 2018. In addition to his investment banking experiences at Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley, Ray is also a former executive in a publicly listed environmental firm. 

Ray is a global keynote speaker at Fintech and Web3.0 conferences in North America, Europe, and Asia. As the founder of a leading Web3.0 professional community, he advises VCs and projects, including an AI pet and an RWA lending project. He is alumni of Cleantech Open Accelerator, the world's largest cleantech accelerator, and Cyberport Incubation Program. He is also mentor of Deep Tech Lab and Selection Committee member of Asia Tech Entrepreneurship Competition.

Ray obtained his MBA degree from Cornell University and Master's degree in Chemical Engineering and Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering and Biomedical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University. As founding team leader, he won second runner-up out of 44 global teams at Kellogg Biotech and Healthcare Case Competition. He is currently Co-President of Johnson Club (Cornell) in Hong Kong and Board Director of Hong Kong Smart City Association. 

Mr. Tang has over 35 years of knowledge in upstream energy business where he founded four E&P companies and mentored young, gender and age diversified professionals and managers during the process. His last startup, Deltastream Energy Corporation, was backed by two private equity firms that began operations in 2014 with a total of CAD$120 million in AUM. As President and CEO, Mr. Tang led a team to deploy this capital in a new geological concept, transforming it into one of the largest economics play across Western Canada. The company was sold in 2022 for over CAD$1.7 billion. 

In 2023, he established a new Chair in New Energy Materials and Sustainability for solar fuels and solar technologies to assist society’s transition to renewable energy. The Chair was established with the Department of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering at the University of Waterloo to encourage further opportunities for higher learning and to accelerate research for commercialization. 

Mr. Tang graduated from the University of Manitoba with an M.Sc degree in Geological Sciences in 1985 with a Sigma Xi Designation for Recognition of Research in Science.

Successful leadership in taking 4 companies through mergers and acquisitions and IPOs.

As the President (CEO) of Reanda Consulting (Hong Kong) Ltd; Co-Founder of LifeHealth Group and LifeClinic ; Principal Advisor of 2UP in Korea; and Strategic Director of WBI ( WellBiz International ), Dr. Tam’s extensive experience and accomplishments across different sectors, particularly in healthcare management and corporate consulting, underline his expertise in leading companies through significant growth and innovation. His academic contributions and commitment to mentoring startups also highlight his dedication to fostering the next generation of entrepreneurs.

Stephen Chan is the Founder of SC Investments LLC. In addition to his expertise in medical devices, Stephen has been active as an angel investor, leveraging his insights to guide and support early-stage companies.

Dr. Wang had an impressive 30-year career driving growth, transformation, and people & organization development in esteemed companies such as IBM, DuPont & HAVI. She has been a prominent member on various global leadership boards, company Board of Directors, Global Logistics Council, Diversity Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) Council. With extensive general management, P&L, and cross-functional experience, including over a decade in cross-cultural global leadership, Dr. Wang’s strategic leadership encompasses a deep understanding of global business management, cross-cultural dynamics, people & organization development, M&A, transformation & change management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as women in leadership. To pursue her passion for people, Dr. Wang transitioned out of the corporate world and now is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), assisting professionals worldwide in North America, South America, Europe & Asia, including Corporate C-suite executives, entrepreneurs, high potentials as well as women leaders. Dr. Wang is an associate Executive Coach and Faculty with Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), a top-ranked global firm for Executive Education. She is also an adjunct Associate Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Diamond Mentor of Global Women Connect (GWC) for women's leadership, and a core member of the Global Talent Management Institute, an international non-profit organization focuses on nurturing global talent.

As a seasoned professional with over two decades of experience in the dynamic fields of M&A Integration and Company Separation. His expertise has been honed through a distinguished career in the Technology, ICT Solutions, Data Centre, and Telecom industry.

Vikie has strong experience building effective cross-functional teams and driving highly specialized technologies to global markets. With a multifaceted skill set, he excels in various domains, including Business Process and Workflow Optimization, Corporate Strategy, Continuous Business Innovation, and Digital Transformation. His in-depth knowledge and strategic acumen have been pivotal in guiding organizations to success.  

Vincent is the Founder & Managing Partner at Inspect Element, a venture builder that invests, nurture & scale startups. It supports startups like Preface, EventX, Finddoc, Pakpobox, Clearco & more.

Prior to Inspect Element, Vincent was an early employee and the first Product Manager at Klook, a travel unicorn startup based in Hong Kong.

He led the product growth team focusing on user acquisition, retention & monetization. Previously he was the first growth hire at GOGOX, in charge of global growth marketing initiatives.

On the side, Vincent is also an advisor to early-stage startups, and regular speaker at different universities such as HKU, HKUST, HKBU & PolyU. He is also mentor at foundersHK, an NGO providing consultation to HK founders, from early-stage to series C companies.

Yuan Shi is an early-stage venture capital investor, focusing on climate, food, and agtech. She is also an adjunct professor at the University of British Columbia, where she teaches entrepreneurial finance and innovation.
